The Sierra Leone Nurses Association of Los Angeles (SLNALA) is committed to empowering nurses through advocacy, professional development, education, and community engagement. Our mission is to strengthen nursing practice and support the improvement of healthcare systems connected to Sierra Leone.
SLNALA works to improve nursing education standards by collaborating with nursing schools, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and community partners. These partnerships help ensure that nursing programs are responsive to the needs of Sierra Leone’s healthcare system and prepare nurses to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care.
We believe that continuous education and professional training are essential for nurses to maintain high standards of care and respond confidently to evolving healthcare challenges.
